MORE THAN A WEBSITE

A digital product built around a screening workflow

RenalTrack is being developed as a digital health-monitoring platform for recording selected urine-test screening results and following recorded information over time. Its intended primary users are pharmacists and community health workers involved in organised screening, subject to appropriate training, authorisation and approved procedures.

CORE FEATURES

Six capabilities at the heart of RenalTrack

These capabilities describe the intended product experience. Availability depends on implementation, testing and the approved operating workflow.

01

Structured screening records

Organise selected screening information in a consistent digital record, with appropriate fields and validation for the approved workflow.

02

Urine-test result recording

Support documentation of approved urine-test observations using a workflow matched to the specified test-strip product.

03

Monitoring over time

Help authorised personnel review available historical records and compare observations across screening encounters where supported.

04

Workflow support

Provide a structured approach to the screening encounter, from documentation to the next appropriate operational step.

05

Privacy and controlled access

Support responsible information handling through appropriate access controls, data-protection procedures and privacy-aware design.

06

Quality and documentation

Encourage accurate entries, appropriate review, consistent procedures and clear documentation of screening activities.

BUILT AROUND THE USER

Supporting the people who conduct screening

RenalTrack is intended to support professionals and authorised personnel who work directly with screening participants. Its value depends on clear procedures, accurate records and responsible follow-up.

Rx

For pharmacists

Support an organised screening workflow and documentation within the pharmacist's professional scope and the programme's approved procedures.

+

For community health workers

Support authorised screening activities, accurate record-keeping, participant communication and appropriate referral pathways within their role.

THE WIDER PLATFORM

Additional capabilities to support the workflow

These are areas of product development and operational design. Each must be confirmed against the deployed MVP before being described as available.

A

Screening dashboard

An overview of screening activity and relevant workflow information, where implemented.

B

Participant history

Retrieval of previous records for authorised review, where supported by the system.

C

Follow-up documentation

Recording appropriate follow-up actions or referral status according to the approved programme workflow.

D

Reports and exports

Structured summaries for authorised oversight, where reporting and export functions are implemented and approved.

E

User roles and permissions

Appropriate separation of user responsibilities and access rights, subject to configuration and verification.

F

Operational quality checks

Support for identifying incomplete records, workflow problems and issues requiring review, where the relevant checks exist.

TESTING ACCURACY COMES FIRST

Verified test-strip mapping is essential

Urine-test strips can differ in the parameters measured, reagent chemistry, reference charts, reading times and manufacturer instructions. RenalTrack's result mapping must match the exact strip brand and model approved for the screening workflow.

Until the product and manufacturer's reference chart have been confirmed, specific colour ranges, thresholds and automated interpretations must not be assumed. Personnel must follow the manufacturer's instructions and the approved screening protocol.

DESIGNED FOR RESPONSIBLE USE

Technology supports the process. It does not replace professional care.

Digital monitoring is one part of a wider screening process that requires trained personnel, appropriate testing, data protection and a clear route to follow-up.

01

Professional oversight

Screening results should be considered in context and managed through appropriate professional assessment and referral.

02

Reliable procedures

Staff should follow the approved protocol and the test manufacturer's instructions.

03

Information protection

Personal information should be collected and accessed only for appropriate, authorised purposes under applicable requirements.
